Project Management Nuts & Bolts©
(2 Day/15 Instructional Hours)

Course Overview

Project Management Nuts & Bolts (PMNB) is a hands-on, brief, overview of Project Management tools and techniques for project leads and team members. It begins by emphasizing project objectives and clear end-product definition then proceeds to describe a structured, bottom-up, planning process. It continues with the basics of project tracking, status reporting and the trade-offs in project execution, concluding with the process of lessons-learned. PMNB balances instructor-lead lectures and discussions with hands-on, case-study exercises.

  • Case studies can be either class-derived or based on participants real-life, ongoing projects.

  • Class size is limited to 20 participants.
